Has
the complete range of professional skills to conduct petroleum exploration
projects from the concession acquisition phase to the production
phase, including the related operations.
Robert Bertagne
has over 46 years experience in petroleum exploration; 20 with Conoco
where he occupied positions from geophysicist to Vice-President.
He then spent 3 years with various U.S. independent companies and
successfully expanded their exploration programs and production
in several overseas host countries.
As President
of Marex, for the past 23 years, he has participated, on a risk
basis, in exploration programs and power generation ventures, with
selected partners, in several overseas locations. He has been active
in France for the past 20 years conducting exploration in the southern
Aquitaine basin and the Parentis basin.
Robert Bertagne
has also worked as a consultant for the U.S. government and the
World Bank on various foreign projects.
He has worked,
on site, in 77 sedimentary basins located in 44 countries and was
part of the teams that discovered petroleum production in the North
Sea, France, Tunisia, Libya, the United Arab Emirates, Ecuador,
Venezuela and several other world-wide locations.
He graduated
from Tulsa University with a Geology degree. He speaks fluent French,
Spanish, and Italian.

| Allen
Bertagne has over 25 years of exploration and production experience
and is proficient in modern techniques of integrated exploration
and reservoir characterization.
He
also has extensive managerial experience with all the aspects of
E & P activities, both onshore and offshore in various oil provinces
world wide.
Allen
began his career with Exxon, exploring in the Utah-Wyoming Overthrust
Belt and other Rocky Mountain Basins. He next worked in the service
sector with CGG, PGS, CoreLab and Fusion. He developed the Megaregional™
approach to basin evaluation and new play generation, and later
led exploration and asset teams that worked on projects in the U.S,
Mexico, Venezuela, North Africa, China and other areas. Bertagne
first worked in the Aquitaine Basin in 1986.
He
has published many papers on topics related to exploration and has
served on the Editorial Board of The Leading Edge and as First Vice
President of the Society of Exploration Geophysicists. He was named
an Honorary Member of the Geophysical Society of Houston in recognition
of his contributions to the industry.
Allen
Bertagne is a graduate of Imperial College, London with a degree
in Geology and has a Master's degree from the University of Texas
at Austin. He speaks fluent French and conversational Spanish.

Paul
O. Naut , Drilling and Production Advisor
Paul
Naut has 48 years experience in the oil industry, including 24 with Exxon.
He participated or managed drilling and production operations in seven
areas.
In Venezuela he was
responsible for the development of producing fields for Creole Petroleum
an Esso subsidiary; first in the Lake Maracaibo area, then Jusepin and,
later, the Quiriquire field (500 wells; 65,000 BOPD or 3,250,000 tons
per year).
In Libya he brought
on stream the Esso Libya concessions managing the drilling of the wells,
the production facilities and pipeline construction, and bringing the
production from 0 to 500,000 BOPD or 25 million tons per year in 5 years.
With Esso Australia
he was responsible for the development of the Bass Strait field consisting
of five offshore platforms producing over 370,000 BOPD and 100 MMCF of
natural gas (18.5 million tons of oil per year plus 1 million cubic meters
per year of natural gas).
In France he advised
EssoREP for assistance with particular problems related to the drilling
and producing of selected wells in the Parentis basin.
In the U.S.A. he
has specialized in the environmental problems concerning the production
of oil and gas in the ecologic zones of the natural reserves of Louisiana
and Texas, both onshore and offshore.
Paul Naut has also
worked in Southeast Asia and offshore West Africa. He graduated from Oklahoma
University in Petroleum Engineering. He speaks fluent Spanish and conversational
French.
